Your details, handled with care.
The short, honest version of what we collect when you fill in a form on this site, why we ask for it, and how to ask us to remove it.
What we collect, and where
Registering your interest— your name, age or date of birth, contact details, and what you tell us about your interests, ideas and support needs. We ask for your age only to confirm you're 16–25; access needs only so sessions work for you.
Referring a young person— your name, your relationship to them, their first name and a way to contact them. If you're referring someone, please make sure they're happy for you to share their details.
Contact form — your name, email and message.
Opportunity updates list — just your email address.
Why we collect it
Only to run Pathways: confirming eligibility for the programme, getting in touch about sessions and dates, making sessions accessible, and — if you opt in — sending occasional updates. We don't sell or share your details with anyone outside the team delivering Pathways, and we don't use them for advertising.
Where it lives
Submissions are stored in our database, hosted in the EU (Supabase, London region), and readable only by the small Pathways team. Emails — like your registration confirmation — are sent through Resend. We keep your details for the programme year and then review whether we still need them.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely — at any time, no reason needed. Email info@pathwayshub.io and we'll sort it quickly. Every update email also includes an unsubscribe link.
Pathways is delivered by Youth4Change Wales. This page was last updated in August 2026 — if we change how we handle your details, we'll update it here first.
