Creativity, connected to tech.

A creative tech hub for 16–25s in Cardiff — turning what you already make into a clearer next move.

Why we created Pathways

Too many young people are creative, curious and full of ideas but have no guidance, no networks and no clear route forward. Pathways exists to close that gap.

How we do it
Our approach

Four principles behind every session.

Not a classroom — every session runs on the same four principles.

See the programme
01

Start with the person

We begin with your interests, ideas and ambitions — never a fixed syllabus.

02

Keep it practical

Real examples, useful tools and clear actions you can take straight away.

03

Learn together

Share ideas, ask questions and learn from each other in a relaxed room.

04

Continue the support

Guidance, check-ins and progression support after the six core sessions.

What Pathways is not

Not a coding
bootcamp.

01

We're not trying to turn every creative into a coder — you don't need to write a line of code to belong here.

02

Technology is far wider than code. It's in how you create, communicate, market, organise and build.

03

Pathways helps you find where you fit in that wider world — and turn it into your niche.

What makes Pathways different
